Virpax Pharmaceuticals Inc (VRPX) public offering drop into a bloodbath !

MARKET-TIME = NASDAQ: $VRPX6.16 USD -9.96 (-61.79%) = This is one of another biotech bloodbath right here friends. Why would a public offering come in the near end of the year while the stock market is high rocket like a spaceship going out of space ! Right now this company need funds and find new big shark investor to help boost up salary for the workers and CEO. I believe this will drop a bit more and will get their award of funds to help and keep this company going. Longterm will ave a hard time to avg. down or just make any $ from going back to its number. I will swing it for now but never long-term. I won't trust a company who does public offering while at the penny range of life "saver". The drop is really a HUGE drop. Good Luck to all who hold for a while. 40 millions public offering is a long way to go.

Looking at this chart, we can see down-fall time from time going toward the worst then worst. Its show no interested and this company really need cash flow by burning each day of finding its product to sell int he market. The chart will try to get new investor or firm to put money to boost this back up again so it will become one of the top biotech company in the its own industry. But looking at this its seem like a slip after slip or stepping down into nothing exist. The after-hour trying it best to be green but dropping every trading session per week I believe this is hard one. I will swing or find its dip of offering.

By looking at the market-cap and also the 1 year target it show N/A, I will hold and keep in radar here due to many biotech issue right now. 52- week high = $36.00 with a huge drop where it is now. 6,833 is the number being follow on stock-twits.

LAST SIGNAL:: STAY IN CASH

LEVEL:: KEEP IN RADAR
