How to remove attribution powered by blogger Nav Bar

How To Remove The Blogger Nav Bar 2012
How can we remove the Blogger Nav Bar? trying to connect a iframe coding or just want to remove
it but we notice the Blogger Nav bar is in the way !!! don't need to worry because many bloggers such as me found a solution, how? well is easy and simple the magic coding  are below !

#navbar-iframe {

display: none !important;

}

But where do you place it? below are the steps

1. CLICK ON TEMPLATE ( LEFT SIDE

2. EDITED HTML and click "Proceed"

3.  LOOK FOR  the slots that say "BLOGGER TEMPLATE STYLE" and paste the code below (can be shown on photo below)

Make sure to click "preview" first, if it doesn't show no error,  "save Template". I will make a video on youtube.com to show this week.
